Shipping & Delivery
We use Fastway Couriers for all deliveries on the island of Ireland. We aim to get all orders delivered within 5-7 working days. If we are out of stock or cannot fulfill your order you will be contacted directly and either given a refund/ given the option of waiting a few more days or an alternative order can be put in place. All deliveries must be signed for and each order needs a mobile phone number and an address that the recipient will be present at during work hours of 9am-5pm. Fastway will attempt to deliver the package for 5 days by contacting the recipient on the mobile phone number provided. If you need the package left with someone else, this must be sent in a text confirming the collectors name and address to the Fastway couriers representative. If in the highly unlikely event that we are unable to deliver your order Fastway will return the package to T-Rex. The customer is then liable for an extra postage charge to resend the package. Privacy & Security
We use Realex to process our online orders. Realex are one of the internets most secure payment service providers and we are regularly checked and updated with the best fraud prevention software available to give our customers full peace of mind when shopping on T-Rex.ie. These include 3D Secure & 3rd Man Security. Customers personal details are never shared with any third parties. Only the email addresses for those who have subscribed to our newsletters are kept on file and we do not keep credit card details. Once your credit card has been processed your card details are deleted immediately. Returns & Replacements
At T-Rex we produce all our garments on request, giving us the flexibility to fulfill orders exactly to a customers needs. Every item is examined thoroughly to avoid any faults.
Each customer is entitled to a 7 day grace period to return an unworn/unopened item for a full no questions refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item.
We will only refund delivery/postage costs if the return is a result of our error.
* We cannot refund an item if it is returned after the 7 day grace period.
Unwashed or unworn merchandise may be exchanged for a different size / style / store credit if received within a further 14 days after the 7 day grace period has passed (total returns time of 21 days).
If an item returned is found to be ineligible for return/refund/exchange for reasons stated within these terms, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs we incur to send the item back.

Can I return a Sale, Clearance or End Of Line item?
Sale, clearance or end of line items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than fault with the garment as the item has been reduced in price to clear.

What about personalised tops?
Bespoke or custom made items to customer requirements may not be exchanged for any reason other than goods being defective as these are not regular store items and are not eligible for re-sale. Due to the personalisation of specific tees and hoodies we cannot accept any returns for any reason other than fault with the garment. Please ensure your size and spelling are correct before making your purchase. If you are unsure about the size of a garment please see the detailed size chart under the main thumbnail graphic for each item. This will help you make the right decision. If you are still unsure please contact customer service and we will do our best to help you.

Ordering
Pick your design or design your own. Select the size and colour of your garment, then put in the quantity and hit 'Add to Cart' button. A summary of your shopping cart wil appear on the right of your screen. Click checkout and input your delivery and payment details to complete the order. Updating Account Information
You can log into your account  and access and change your contact information, sign up to our newsletter so you can here of the latest deals and offers before anyone else. You can also see what you have ordered before and add items to a wishlist for future purchases.

Caring for your Garment
Every garment wants nothing more than to be worn with pride. After that wash it at 30 degrees turned inside out and don't iron around the graphic area just in case it might damage it.

I haven’t received a confirmation email?
Confirmation emails are generated and sent automatically upon successful completion of an order. If you have not received one then there are a number of reasons

*Your mailbox is full (please make space by deleting items)
* The email has been treated as junk or spam, please check these folders to see if this is the case.
* You have provided the incorrect email address 
* T-Rex has been hit by lighting and the servers are down....unlikely but I want to give you all the possibles!

I think I’ve made a mistake!! Yikes what can I do to change it?
It happens so don’t feel bad, just give us a call immediately with your order number to hand so we can check to see at what stage your order is at. If we haven’t printed it yet, then your in luck and we will do our best to make the changes to your order. 

I joined T-Rex fanpage on Facebook - How do I redeem by coupon?
For everyone who joins our Facebook page we offer a 10% coupon for their next order. Pick your items as normal by adding them to your cart, and when you are ready, go to the checkout, here there is a box for you to input your code and this will deduct the 10% from your order.  This will appear on your checkout page to show exactly how much has been deducted. Facebook coupons can only be used once per customer and are not redeemable for cash. Coupons run for set periods which will be advised on the coupon itself. A coupon must be redeemed at the time of purchase and not afterwards.

Oh I can’t remember my password???? What should I do?
First of all, don’t worry this happens all the time. Enter your email address and click the 'Forgot My Password' button. A new password will be emailed to you. Once you get it enter that in and go to ‘My Account’ and change that password to one you will remember.

How can I check the status of my order?
When you log into your account on t-rex.ie you can check your order history which will detail when your order was accepted and when it has been shipped.

How long before my order will be delivered?
Turnaround time on orders received can take up to 7 working days though we will always endeavor to deliver before this time. For further information on our delivery options please see our Delivery Options.

I want to return an item, is there a Returns Policy?
We have a detailed returns policy which must be followed in the event of an exchange. This can be seen in full in our Returns & Replacements section. Please read before you ship your return.

Can I get a refund?
Your statutory rights are not affected when you shop online with T-Rex and our full returns/refunds policy is available in our Returns & Replacements.  Please read in full before you request a refund.
