For anyone based on the island of Ireland please use Delivery Option 1. Please provide an address and phone number where you will be present during the day from 9am to 5pm so the order can be signed for. You can use your work address if you want. We use Fastway couriers for all deliveries on the island of Ireland. If you wish you can track and trace your parcel to see where it is at any one time by requesting the number from info@t-rex.ie. When you receive your tracking number log on to the Fastways website and input your number into the track and trace box. This will let you know where you order is at any time. All orders must be signed for so as to ensure that all packages arrive where they are intended for. 

Who takes care of My Order?
For the island of Ireland, Fastways Registered Express Service are our preferred option and for all the UK. For Europe and worldwide deliveries we use An Posts Registered Express Service.

By choosing Delivery Option 1 we will do our best  to ship your order to you in 5-7 working days. If and item is out of stock we will contact you by email and let you know how long it will take, if you wish we will refund your purchase at this point.

Delivery Option 2  
An Post Express Registered Post
UK excluding Northern Ireland, 6-8 WORKING days - €7.50
By choosing Delivery Option 2 we will do our best  to ship your order to you in 6-8 working days. Please note, orders outside of Ireland are handed over to the relevant postal service for each country and therefore we cannot control any delay experienced as a result. If and item is out of stock we will contact you by email and let you know how long it will take, if you wish we will refund your purchase at this point. 

Delivery Option 3
An Post Express Registered Post
Europe, 6-8 WORKING days - €10
By choosing Delivery Option 3 we will do our best  to ship your order to you in 6-8 working days. Please note, orders outside the Ireland are handed over to the relevant postal service for each country and therefore we cannot control any delay experienced as a result. USA & Rest of the World, 12 WORKING days - €10
By choosing Delivery Option 4 we will do our best  to ship your order to you in 12 working days. Please note, orders outside the Ireland are handed over to the relevant postal service for each country and therefore we cannot control any delay experienced as a result. If and item is out of stock we will contact you by email and let you know how long it will take, if you wish we will refund your purchase at this point.  

What happens if I am not there to sign for my order? - Ireland
All orders must be signed for by the recipient. In the event that you are not present to accept delivery from the Fastway Courier representative, Fastways will call your mobile and rearrange the delivery. If you wish to get your neighbour or another person to accept the delivery a confirmation text with the name and address of the new recipient will need to be sent to the Fastway representative. If we cannot contact you either by mobile or email the Fastways Courier will reattempt delivery for the next 5 days whereupon your order will be sent back to us here at T-Rex. Please note you will be liable for return delivery costs where we have to resend or redirect a parcel to you.

What happens if I am not there to sign for my order? - Rest of the World
All orders must be signed for by the recipient. In the event that you are not present to accept delivery the procedures used by that countries national postal carrier will be activated. Please check with your national carrier as to what happens in this case. Please note you will be liable for return shipping costs where we have to resend or redirect a parcel to you.

How Do I Know When My Order Has Been Posted?
When we despatch your order we also send you an automated email to the email address you provided on your registration form. In Ireland, Fastways delivers the next working day. If after 2 days you do not receive your order please contact us directly so that we can track your order for you. For the UK please leave 4 days after you receive your email and for the rest of the world 10 days.
